Job Title: LVN / LPN – Virtual Care (On-Site)
Location: Duluth, GA 30096
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Schedule: M-F | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Some weekends may be required)
Pay Rate: $30–$40/hour (W2)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LVN/LPN to support a Virtual Care team in an on-site setting. This role focuses on managing electronic and telephonic patient communications, triaging clinical concerns, and ensuring timely coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize telecommunication technologies to support patient care delivery
- Manage electronic patient messages and phone inquiries
- Triage patient concerns to physicians or appropriate healthcare team members
- Assess patient acuity based on electronic and telephonic communications
- Identify emergency situations and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up care as needed
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the system
- Active LVN/LPN license (State of Georgia)
- Strong computer and technical skills required
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment abilities
