Years of Experience:

• 3+ years of experience.

Float Requirements:

• Yes – Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, IMC.

Education & Certifications Required:

• ACLS.
• Elearns with onboarding.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 52.
• Patient Ratios: 1:2.
• Equipment: Chest tubes, vac dressings.
• EMR: Epic.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Surgical/trauma ICU.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma and surgical experience preferred.
• Type of Patients on Unit: Trauma, post-op, vascular surgery, abdominal surgery.
• Personality Fit: Want to be part of a team, are ok with others going in their rooms, not afraid to ask questions.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Not mandatory, hospital color is blue.
• Any Unacceptable Attire: Large logo shirts/pants.
