Job Description:
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for the care of patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state and hospital policies. The role involves applying critical thinking and scientific judgment, demonstrating leadership, and ensuring safe care delivery. The nurse will maintain clinical competencies and direct/support staff in patient care.
