Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg
Location: Bricktown, NJ, 08724
Duration: 08/04/2025 – 11/01/2025
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Schedule: 3 Days/Week, 36 Hours/Week – Every Other Weekend (Sat & Sun), Labor Day or 4th of July Holiday, No On-Call
Float Position: Yes
Pay Range: $55-$57/hr.
Job Summary:

Evaluates patients and assists physicians with patient care.

Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient needs.

Identifies patient needs and prioritizes care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Develops and coordinates individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
-
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions and manages patient care.
-
Documents care based on standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.

Advocates for evidence-based practice and supports innovations in care delivery.

Provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice standards.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Licensure & Certifications:

BLS – American Heart Association
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years (recent) strong Med-Surg experience – Required
