Unit: 632 - West 4 Adult Elderly Care
Need Description:
Unit: West 4 Elderly Care Med Tele.
Number of beds: 36.
Shift: NIGHTS - 12HR: 7p-7a, 36 hours per week. Block schedule of Sat, Sun, Mon or Fri, Sat, Sun is available if requested.
Required Experience: 3 years of recent acute LPN experience. 3 years of U.S. work experience required for non U.S. candidates.
Required License and Certifications: Active NY LPN license, AHA BLS.
Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
Charting: EPIC.
Misc: Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
