Job Title: Senior Site Specialist
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Duration:  6 months+ contract ( Possible extension or temp to hire)

Shift: Mon. to Fri. / Standard hours
 
Pay Range: $24.00 – 26.00/hour on W2.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws, including regulations related to privacy, exploitation, and the development or distribution of illegal substances, goods, or services.
• Non-Harmful Use: Do not use OpenAI services to promote self-harm, harm others, develop or use weapons, injure others, destroy property, or engage in unauthorized activities that violate the security of any service or system.
• Responsible Output Distribution: Avoid repurposing or distributing outputs from OpenAI services in a manner that could harm others, such as defrauding, misleading, bullying, harassing, defaming, discriminating, or promoting violence.
• Respect Safeguards: Do not circumvent safeguards or safety mitigations in OpenAI services unless supported by OpenAI or related to research conducted in accordance with the Sharing & Publication Policy.

 
Building with the OpenAI API Platform

• Privacy Protection: Do not compromise the privacy of others, including collecting, processing, disclosing, inferring, or generating personal data without complying with applicable legal requirements.
• Avoid Harmful Activities: Refrain from providing tailored legal, medical/health, or financial advice without review by a qualified professional and disclosure of the use of AI assistance and its potential limitations.
• Prevent Deception: Do not misuse the platform to deceive or mislead others, such as generating disinformation, impersonating individuals or organizations, or engaging in academic dishonesty.
• Inappropriate Content: Avoid building tools that may be inappropriate for minors, including sexually explicit or suggestive content, and do not target users under 13 years of age.
