Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care Unit
Location: Golden, CO
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Night Shift
Hours: 36 Hours/Week | 12-hour shifts
 
Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• 1 Year of experience in IMC / Stepdown / PCU / Telemetry
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• BLS(AHA), ACLS(AHA), NIHSS

 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital guidelines
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination
• Float to other units as needed based on patient care needs
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and hospital policies
