OPERATING ROOM TECH - SURGICAL TECH -BACKFILL- DAYS
We are seeking an experienced (minimum 2 years level 1 trained) Travel CST to join our team specializing in ENT, Plastics, Dental and General Pedi procedures at our Level One Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise as a CST, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-stress environment.

Years of Experience: 2+ Float Requirements: No Education & Certifications Required: Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request) : BLS, ACLS Pals preferred (but not necessary). Patient Ratios: One patient per room
Equipment: Procedures include laryngoscopy, sinus surgery, facial plastics and trauma, cochlear implants, oral surgery, complex head and neck cancer surgery, tonsillectomy, and tympanoplasty.
EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: ENT, Dental, Plastics, Pedi, Trauma Level 1, Ability to function in face-paced environment

Type of Patients on Unit: Patient ages range from pedi to geriatric

CST must be competent in Neck Dissections, Flap Repair, Tonsil and Adenoids, Tympanoplasty, Laryngoscopy, Tracheostomy, Hernia repair, Laparoscopic repair, Dental Extractions and Oral Surgery. CST must be comfortable with a patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics. This is a fast-moving service with much diversity.
