Job Title: Travel: RN Adult ICU Nights
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Location: 1313 St Anthony Pl, Louisville, KY 40204
Duration: 13 Weeks
Experience Required: 1 year
Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients in the ICU by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The RN will demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe care delivery, while maintaining clinical competencies and supervising staff in patient care delivery. This role may require floating to Tele/LTAC or Kindred Louisville Jewish, depending on census.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in the ICU using the Nursing Process and hospital policies.

Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in care delivery.

Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.

Delegate patient care priorities based on team education and experience.

Supervise and direct personnel delivering patient care.

Willingness to float to Tele/LTAC depending on census.

May be required to float to Kindred Louisville Jewish.
Qualifications & Skills:

Must have ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association).

Must have a valid KY RN license.

Recent ICU experience in a hospital setting required.
