Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Location: Golden, CO 80401
Duration: 3 Months+ Contract
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: May include weekends or on-call as needed
Float Requirement: May be required to float to other units within scope of competency
 
Shift 2: 6 pm – 7 am (3 13’s overnight) rotating schedule every 7 weeks (no call)
 
Pay Rate: $51/Hour. on W2

Job Summary:
- Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards.
 - Provides comprehensive patient care — assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
 - Conducts continuous health assessments, teaching, and counseling for patients and families.
 - Administers supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly or through delegation/supervision.
 - Executes delegated medical functions and coordinates referrals for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
 - Reviews, monitors, and updates therapy and treatment plans.
 - Ensures timely and accurate documentation following hospital and regulatory guidelines.
 - Utilizes resources efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
 - Promotes the mission, vision, and values of Client, adhering to service behavior and safety standards.
 - Performs additional duties as assigned.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to perform all essential duties independently and effectively.
 - Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
 - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and team interactions.
 - Competence in documentation and electronic health record (EHR) usage.
 - Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable state.
 
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (any acute or specialty area)
