Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 Months+ (Temp-to-Perm)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Parking: Assigned parking provided
Interview Process: Two rounds (Virtual and Onsite)
Job Summary:
The LVN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and patient safety protocols.

Job Summary:
The LVN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and patient safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care Delivery: Perform delegated nursing tasks and document patient responses. Administer medications (IV, IM, SQ, PO) and perform treatments per protocol. Establish and maintain IV access; monitor dialysis sessions. Respond effectively in emergencies and follow patient safety standards.
- Communication & Documentation: Accurately document observations, procedures, and verbal orders. Collaborate with healthcare teams to communicate patient status. Educate patients and families as directed
- Specialty Areas (As Applicable): Infusion & Dialysis: Initiate and monitor dialysis; administer related medications. Gastroenterology: Provide pre-procedure education; schedule appointments. Emergency Department Follow-Up: Process test results and ensure continuity of care. Home Care: Coordinate initial referrals, complete intake, and manage records. Ophthalmology: Schedule surgeries and coordinate pre-op testing.
- Compliance & Quality: Attend required trainings and in-services. Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives. Maintain licensure and certifications.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Certifications Required:
- Valid LVN License
- BLS Certification
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Hospital or clinic setting required
- Infusion and dialysis experience preferred
