Location: Santa Clara, CA 95051
Job Duration: Permanent Placement
Start available: ASAP
Estimated pay range: $3000-3500 Weekly
Shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM & 7 PM to 7 AM (Both available)
Note: REFERRAL BONUS ON EACH SUCCESFUL REFERRAL.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate must be skilled in monitoring cardiac rhythms and experienced in oncology care. Must hold an active ONS certification and meet all licensing and clinical competency requirements. This role demands high attention to detail, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to deliver compassionate care in a dynamic acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor telemetry and oncology patients, interpret rhythms, and respond to changes
- Administer medications and oncology treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with care teams and support patient education
- Document care accurately and comply with safety standards
- Float to similar units as needed within scope
Required Licensure/Certifications:
- Current RN License (California)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification
- Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia Course
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Oncology
- This is a Tele/Oncology position. Oncology experience and ONS cert required at submission.
