Job Title: Case Manager II
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Pay Rate: $49.08/hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Role Overview:
We are seeking a California-based, CA-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to remotely review hospice-related documentation and coordinate care for *** of CA members. This role involves validating hospice documentation, communicating with providers, and ensuring compliance with health plan policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review hospice documentation, including physician orders, election forms, and certifications.
• Coordinate care by contacting non-par hospice providers and members.
• Load pseudo authorizations into the health plan system when documentation is verified.
• Identify and report potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Active CA RN license and residence in California (required).
• 3–5 years of hospice experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience in managed care and case management (preferred).
• Familiarity with health plan operations and hospice regulations.
