Description/Comment: Registered Nurses to staff our Magic Kingdom Guest First Aid location located at Client World Resort. This position requires candidates to be prepared to work 5 days per week/40 hours paid. Each scheduled shift is 8.5 hours with 8 hours paid and a 30 min unpaid lunch.



Candidates must be prepared to work holidays. A current and clear Florida registered nursing license is mandatory.



Job Tasks include:

Follow established practices for first aid care outlined under Florida RN licensure standards and Client Policies and standing orders

Use critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities to accurately provide medical assessment and care. When appropriate, and based on the assessment of a guest's situation, refer guests to a higher level of care, such as local urgent clinics and/or emergency services

Work collaboratively with other roles in a Guest facing focused environment

Multi-task in a competent, efficient manner with solution-oriented work habits in a fast paced environment

Provide exceptional service and service recovery

Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude



Basic Qualifications



Active and clear Florida Registered Nursing license

Bachelor s Degree

3+ Years Nursing Experience

BLS Certified

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with basic ability to work within a Microsoft Office suite of programs

Full availability with work scheduled shift outlined above

Ability to push, pull a wheelchair; as needed to care for Guests

Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time to walk, lift, squat, push, pull and/or carry heavy objects, up to 30 lbs.

Excellent hearing and ability to see, and full use of hands for patient assessment and to control, handle or feel objects and tools







Preferred Qualifications

Languages in addition to English



Required Education Bachelor s Degree
