Job Title: RN NICU Unit
Location: 1000 10th Ave, New York, NY 10019
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
Contract Type: 13 weeks
Hourly rate: $75/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Client West. This role involves utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with the healthcare team, and applying evidence-based practices to ensure optimal care and outcomes for neonatal patients.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Non-negotiable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required.

Certifications:
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA required
- Licensure: Active NYS RN License required.

Skills:
- NICU patient care and coaching
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in EPIC (highly preferred)
