Job Description:
- Shift Accountability: Responsible for providing patient care by utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Adherence: Follow state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies/procedures.
- Critical Thinking: Apply scientific judgment and leadership in anticipating and planning safe care delivery.
- Clinical Competency: Maintain skills through continuing education.
- Delegation: Assign patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
- Supervision: Provide direction and oversight to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must have ACLS & BLS certifications. (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Must have vent/trach experience.
- Must have Missouri RN license.
