Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 3 Months+ (Extension Possible)
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Night Available)
Pay Local: $50 - $55/hr. on W2
Pay Travel: upto $2000 Gross weekly
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry data and patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform health education and counseling for patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Execute delegated medical functions and escalate care when necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per hospital guidelines
- Review and adjust care plans based on patient response
- Float to other units as needed based on competency
- Participate in on-call rotation if required
- Support organizational mission, vision, and service excellence standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in Telemetry or acute care setting
- Experience with cardiac monitoring and high-acuity patients
