Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM | 36 hours/week
Local Pay: $60–$65/hr. (W2)
Travel Pay: $2800 – $3000/week (Blended)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment in San Leandro, CA. The ideal candidate will be skilled in high-acuity emergency care, rapid assessments, and triage, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment serving diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions.
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize patient needs based on acuity.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to ER protocols.
- Interpret clinical data, lab values, and diagnostics and respond appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Active California RN License (Required).
- Minimum 1 years of Emergency Room experience.
- BLS & ACLS – American Heart Association (Required).
- PALS or ENPC (Required).
