Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Float Stepdown)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73104
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 3 x 12hrs/ week ( Days/Nights available )

Schedule Details:
- Option to work 3 consecutive days for easier travel
- Block scheduling available
- Every other weekend required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Recent MedSurg/Stepdown experience in a hospital setting required
(Trauma Level 1 and travel experience preferred) - Experience with Epic electronic medical records preferred
- Knowledge of disease state management, clinical pathways, and the biopsychosocial model
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage detailed clinical and numerical data
Certifications & Licensure:
- Valid Oklahoma RN license or multi-state RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be obtained through AHA)
