Job Title: RN ICU
Location: 1000 10th Ave, New York, NY 10019
Contract Type: 13 weeks (possible extension)
Hours: 34.5 hours/week, 11.5 hours/day, 3 days/week
Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Every Other Weekend Required)
Pay Rate: $62/hour negotiable (**Per-diem/stipend rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent, and high-quality care to ICU patients. This role involves patient care management, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient education, and implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. The Clinical Nurse will also contribute to safety, quality, and professional development while delivering care based on nursing theory and research.

Education:
- Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Associate degree in nursing may be considered with relevant experience or active enrollment in a BSN program.
- Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
- Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care/telemetry experience.
- Travel Experience: 1 year required for travel positions.
- Preferred: EPIC experience.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and patient care management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge and implementation of evidence-based practices for quality patient care.
