Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians in managing treatment and care plans.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care based on comprehensive assessments and patient needs.
- Prioritize care through continuous assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and administer medications/treatments as prescribed.
- Document care thoroughly and accurately in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Manage assigned patients with attention to acuity, safety, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide patient-centered care aligned with the organization's professional practice model.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain knowledge of current nursing best practices, procedures, and standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in related specialty area (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in electronic documentation systems
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Education & Licensure Requirements:
