Initial Duration – 3 months+ (High possibilities of Extension)
Shift– 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (3 x 12 hr shift) or 7 AM - 3:30 PM (5 x 8 hr shift)

Note:
- You can refer your friends or colleagues for this role or any other RN role, we do offer a referral bonus of $750.
- Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility
- Other locations available in NJ.
- Local/Travel Contracts available in multiple departments in all states.
Job Summary:
- Provides direct patient care under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, consistent with policies and procedures, and unit-based routines.
- Informs patients and families about treatments and medications being received, equipment being utilized, and other related activities as appropriate, in coordination with the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician.
- Communicates and collaborates with other members of the health care team in order to ensure continuity of care and coordination of service.
- Documents patient chargeable items according to standards.
- Recognizes appropriate and ethical behaviours and identifies resources for resolution as needed.
- Must have at least one year of LPN experience.
- Continuing Care Neuro Residential experience – two years preferred.
Required Certifications & Licenses:
- BLS – AHA
- License Practical Nursing (LPN) - State of Michigan
