Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension) 
 
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (Days or Nights)
 
Block Schedule Available: Any 3 consecutive days upon request
 
Job Description:
Under general supervision, the RN will provide nursing care to patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering medications, monitoring IV infusions, assisting physicians with procedures, documenting patient responses to treatment, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to an assigned group of patients with varying medical conditions.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and physiological responses.
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and medical treatments.
• Update and follow physician orders for assigned patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous (IV) infusions and blood products.
• Assist physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures.
• Observe patient status and intervene appropriately when changes occur.
• Communicate care plans with patients and their families.

 
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of RN Medsurg/Stepdown experience required.
• Active RN License, Oklahoma state or Multistate license. 
• BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA – American Heart Association required)
