Job Title: RN Neonatal ICU (Women & Children's Services)
Location: New York, NY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Department: NEONATAL ICU
Schedule: 7:00P - 7:30A Every other weekend (EOW) + one additional shift/month (34.5 hours/week)
Patient Census: Avg. 45 & Staffing Ratio: 1:1–1:3
Pay Range: $66/hour to $70/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Nurse who delivers high-quality, safety, and compassionate care to neonatal patients within a Level III and IV NICU environment. This role involves direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and a strong commitment to family-centered care, safety, and quality improvement practices.

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years NICU experience in a hospital setting Required
- Experience with Level III & IV NICU, ostomy care, and bubble CPAP – Required
- 1 year of travel nurse experience preferred (not required for Per Diem)

Certifications:
- NYS RN License – Active
- BLS – Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Required
- Technical Skills: EPIC EHR experience preferred
