Shift: 7a-7:30p / 7p-7:30a

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every other weekend

Call Requirements: No

Years of Experience: 2 [ MUST HAVE ACUTE RECENT CARE EXPERIENCE]

Float Requirements: As needed

Unit Information:

Number of Beds: 44 with some overflow / Imbedded IMC [ 6 beds]

Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 [ Days], 1:5-6[Nights]

Equipment: IVs, PCA, epidurals, air mattresses, Ketamine drips, complex wounds and burns, trauma, tube feeding, NGs, drains, Foleys, Heparin drips, Wound Vac dressings, Burns, Specialty beds, central lines, PICCs, PEG, Trachs, Chest Tubes, JPs

EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: Acute Care / High Acuity experience is a MUST

Preferred Skillset/Experience: High-acuity patients, Cardio is a MUST

Type of Patients on Unit: High Acuity / Cardio / Med Tele

Personality Fit: Quick learner, team player, flexible, adaptable, accountable

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: Any Color Fragrance-Free Unit
