Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day and Night Both Shift available
Hours: 36 Hours/Week | 12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS Certification
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU/critical care experience
- Experience with:
- Ventilators
- Cardiac monitoring
- High-risk medications
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop and implement critical care plans
- Administer medications following the 7 rights of medication administration
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care accordingly
- Interpret diagnostic data and intervene appropriately
- Use SBAR communication for patient handoffs
- Manage critically ill patients using:
- Cardiac monitoring
- Pressure monitoring
- Ventilator protocols
- Follow protocols for:
- Sepsis
- VAP (Ventilator Associated Pneumonia)
- Pressure ulcers
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
- Support discharge planning and patient/family education
