Job Title: Registered Nurse 1
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee 37405
Duration: 25 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Full-time, 3 shifts/week, 12.5-hour night shifts, 7:30 PM 8:00 AM EST
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and procedures according to physician orders and nursing protocols
- Administer medications and evaluate effectiveness and side effects
- Perform BLS, CPR, and emergency response procedures
- Participate in emergency response settings
- Deliver patient care under general supervision in a variety of clinical situations
- Perform related nursing duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Client or privilege to practice under Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- One year of registered nursing experience OR
- Bachelors, graduate degree, or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid drivers license may be required
- Ability to perform emergency response procedures including BLS and CPR
Preferences: - Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
- Strong emergency response and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
