Duration: 6 Months+ (Possible Extension)

DEA Registration: Not required.
 
BLS Requirement: A current BLS is required. Candidates do not need to include a screenshot in submission, but must provide a copy of an active BLS to Client upon offer acceptance.
Safety: All Client positions are safety sensitive.
 
Submission Guidance:
  • Since there are multiple Georgia NP requisitions open for clinics in the same area, submit your candidate to only one requisition.
  • If a candidate prefers another location, withdraw them from the first requisition before submitting to another.
  • Nurse Practitioner Candidate questionnaire must be included on the resume.
 
Position Summary:
  • Client Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based care to a panel of patients.
  • The clinical care team works with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for the patient panel.
  • Responsibilities include accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
  • This role reports to the practice manager.
 
Duties:
  • Provide Primary and Family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
  • Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
  • Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Encourage patients to actively participate in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness programs, and chronic condition management.
 
Experience:
  • Nurse Practitioner Candidate questionnaire must be included on resume.
  • Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of 1 year recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care practice preferred. If not, successful completion of Client Minute Clinic primary care training program.
  • Working knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving, takes initiative, and advocates for patients and practice.
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work remotely in a clinical care team culture and autonomously.
  • Proficiency with information management and technology.
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
  • Capacity to collaborate frequently with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care.
 
Education:
  • Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
