Job Title: Team Lead (B-Flex time entry)
Job Location: Remote, IL
Job Duration: 5-6 Months (possibility of extension)
Payrate: $21.59/ hr on w2

Job Summary:
  • We are here seeking a dedicated and organized team to oversee the day-to-day scheduling and Paid Time Off (PTO) management for multiple teams.
  • This role will involve maintaining productivity reports, providing feedback to supervisors, and fostering strong relationships within the team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Time Management:
  • Maintain and track PTO schedule, reported daily outages, overtime, and time entry approvals for all assigned staff members, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with company policy.
  • Communicate with team members regarding their PTO request and approval.
  • Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for staff ensuring optimal productivity and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present reports to supervisors highlighting key insights and areas of improvement.
  • Manage and adjust schedules as needed based on staff availability, workload, and production deadlines.
2. Team leadership:
  • Act as the point of contact for team members providing guidance and support for their day-to-day tasks.
  • Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and open communication.
  • Regularly gather feedback from team members and relay important information to Supervisors.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication regarding scheduling changes and team updates.
  • Create and distribute daily status reports and weekly business reports.
  • Support supervisor in special projects and the initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Preferred experience as an administrator role preferably in a supervisory or team capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and reading communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word Excel, PowerPoint and experience with scheduling software, (preferred but not required).
