As an LPN/LVN, you ll be a vital member of our clinical team.

Responsibilities:
-
Administer vaccinations and injections (e.g., influenza, COVID-19, TB test placements)
-
Obtain and document vital signs
-
Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site providers during urgent situations
-
Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
-
Assist with waiting room management, patient outreach/reminder calls, appointment scheduling, and serve as chaperone for sensitive exams
-
Prepare the clinic and waiting area to ensure the best patient experience

Deliver excellent, patient-focused care aligned with our mission to help people on their path to better health
Required Qualifications:
-
Experience administering immunizations and injections, including vaccine counseling and education
-
Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience in a clinical setting
-
Proficiency in documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
-
Ability to obtain and record vital signs
-
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (including CPR and AED use)
-
Ability to pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room

Familiarity with Epic EMR
Licensure/Certifications:
-
Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Education:
-
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) at time of program completion
