Duration: 3 Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM, 12hr Nights
Pay range: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour on W2 (Travellers to get stipend, staying above 50 miles from the facility)

Job Description:
- Direct Patient Care & Intensive Monitoring: Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill or unstable patients, continuously assessing their conditions through close monitoring of vital signs, lab results, and medical equipment. Administer medications, fluids, and treatments, and manage life-sustaining devices like ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
- Advanced Nursing Interventions: Perform advanced nursing interventions, including but not limited to invasive procedures (e.g., arterial line insertion, central line management), titrating medications (e.g., vasopressors, sedatives), and managing complex ventilator settings for patients with respiratory failure or other life-threatening conditions.
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, nutritionists, and other specialists to develop and modify individualized care plans, make clinical decisions, and provide support for family members during critical and end-of-life care discussions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, interventions, and responses. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards, while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering compassionate care.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience as RN in ICU
Education:
- Associates in nursing Required
- Bachelors in nursing Preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
- RN License of CA
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
