Location: Brooklyn, NY, 11235
Duration: 02/16/2026 – 05/23/2026
Schedule Notes: 7:30 PM–8:00 AM
Schedule: 3 days/week, 12 hours/day, 36 hours/week
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr.
Required Skills & Experience

Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience must be within the past year.

Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either a post-acute facility or an acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience must be within the past year.

Education
Required Education:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institute

Job Summary
-
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.

Provide direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients.

Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.

Perform clinical procedures including dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV initiation.

Adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret clinical measurements.

Monitor patient vital signs and report adverse medication reactions promptly.

Collaborate with the healthcare team on discharge planning.

Educate patients and families on procedures and post-surgical care.
-
Maintain accurate patient files, medical charts, and health records.
-
Adhere to established nursing standards, protocols, and best practices.
