Duration: 3+ Months of Contract

Shift: Nights, 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay Rate:

• Travel Pay Rate: $2,950/ Weekly Blended
   

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join our dynamic team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-volume L&D unit, performing assessments, monitoring patients, providing education, circulating, and recovering, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments (physical, psychological, and social).
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including discharge planning.
• Circulate and recover patients in L&D; scrub experience preferred.
• Administer medications, monitor fetal heart rates, and provide labor support.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, newborn care, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care, teaching, and responses accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize outcomes.

 
Requirements:

• Active RN License (CA)
• AWHONN Certification – Required
• BLS, ACLS, NRP – Required
• Minimum 1 Years L&D Experience – Required
