Title: RN – HEM/ONC/Palliative Care
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53226
Duration: 03/16/2026 – 06/12/2026
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Schedule: 3 days/week, 12 hours/day, 36 hours/week, weekends required, no on-call, float as needed, will take a med surg tele nurse 30 bed Hematology-Oncology/Palliative Care unit
Work Setting: Inpatient – Hematology/Oncology/Palliative Care (30-bed unit)
Required Education

Associate’s degree in Nursing
Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Required Certifications & Licensure
-
Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License OR Multi-state Nursing License from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider or AHA approved equivalent
Required Skills & Experience

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This role demonstrates competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population and follows the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
