- -Two (2) years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience.
- -Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience.

- -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program.
Certifications & Licensure:
- -New York State RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- -AHA BLS. -AHA ACLS (Queens only).
