Job Overview:
We’re looking for a seasoned RN House Supervisor with a strong PACU and OR background to step into an interim executive-level night leadership role. This position provides hospital-wide clinical and operational oversight, driving safe staffing, smooth patient flow, and high-quality care across all departments.
This is not a “watch the floor” role — this is a command center role. You are the escalation point, the problem solver, the calm in the chaos.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level nursing leadership during the night shift
• Oversee hospital-wide operations, staffing, and patient throughput
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical, operational, and staffing concerns
• Support PACU, OR, and inpatient units with real-time clinical and operational decisions
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed management
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and department leadership
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory, and safety standards
• Lead emergency responses and critical event management

 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active California RN License
• Previous House Supervisor experience (required)
• Strong PACU and OR experience (mandatory)
• BLS required | ACLS preferred
