Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg
Location: Detroit, Clinton Township, Jackson. MI
Duration: 3 Months+ contract on W2 (possibility of extension)
Schedule: Day/Night 12hr shift
Position Summary:
We're looking for a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the charge in delivering patient-centered care. This role is equal parts clinical expertise, collaborative communication, and leadership savvy. The RN will coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while also educating and supporting both patients and families. You’ll be the go-to for bridging gaps in care and ensuring quality outcomes across the board.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Location: Detroit, Clinton Township, Jackson. MI
Duration: 3 Months+ contract on W2 (possibility of extension)

- Coordinate and deliver direct, high-quality nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Delegate, supervise, and document all aspects of patient care and education.
- Act as a central communicator between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Identify and troubleshoot variances in patient care plans, and collaborate to implement effective solutions.
- Provide mentorship and leadership within the clinical team setting.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active Michigan RN License in good standing.
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) current and valid.
