Family Nurse Practitioner

Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Schedule: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM, includes every other weekend
Licensure Required In: MA, FL, OH, MD
Location: Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide remote telehealth services for patients aged 18 months and older. The provider will work independently yet collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based, holistic care. All encounters will be documented in an electronic health record (EHR). This role reports to the Enterprise Initiative Lead.
Requirements
Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Must be willing to work:
  • Every other weekend
  • Two weekends per 6-week cycle
  • One major and one minor holiday per year

Licensure & Certifications:

• Unrestricted NP or PA license in MA, FL, OH, and MD
• Ability to obtain additional licenses as needed (multi-state or compact privileges)
• Current National Board Certification
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable practicing autonomously and collaboratively
• Proficient with EHR and telehealth technologies

Education

• Completion of a Master s-level Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Must hold active State License in Advanced Practice role
