Job Title: Travel: RN LTAC/Tele Nights
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Location: 8060 Knue Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250
Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role involves using critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe care delivery, maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, and supervising assigned staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care following the Nursing Process and hospital policies.

Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning.

Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.

Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.

Supervise and guide personnel delivering patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Minimum 2 years of recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting.

Must have ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association).

Vent/trach experience required.

Valid Indiana or multi-state compact RN license.
