RN - Neuro-Progressive Care
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Neurology (RN - Neurology)
Location: Albany, NY 12208
Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Pay Range: $65 – $70/hr
We are also offering travel and per diem packages that is based on eligibility.

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Travel Neurology RN with Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown, or ICU experience to provide specialized care to patients with complex neurological conditions. Candidates must have Epic EMR experience and will be required to complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer. This is a high-acuity environment where nurses care for patients with strokes, brain injuries, seizures, and post-neurosurgical recovery needs. Navy blue scrubs are required.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological disorders and injuries

Monitor neurological status and perform neuro checks per protocol

Manage complex medication regimens, including drips and seizure prophylaxis

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and rehabilitation

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Skills & Requirements:

Epic EMR Experience: Required

Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU Experience: Required
Competency Exam:

Neuro-Progressive exam must be completed upon offer
Education:
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
License:

NY RN License (Active only; no pending licenses accepted) and BLS , ACLS
