Job Title: Event Planner
Location: Beaverton, OR(Hybrid)
Job Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)
 
Overview:
Join our team to plan, coordinate, and execute global events and meetings within the Technology space. You will work closely with the Executive Assistant of the Chief Technology Officer and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event marketing plans, budgeting, and tracking.
• On-site event coordination, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Manage product delivery logistics for events.
• Coordinate with vendors for travel and lodging needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute events.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2-4 years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.

 
Preferred:
Previous experience with retail and apparel (nice to have, not required).
