Duties and Responsibilities:
- The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
- Participate in development of event marketing plans
- Assist with planning sessions and budget preparation; track budget and provide recaps On site coordination of event, including main point of contact, trouble shooting and problem resolution
- Coordinate timing and location of product delivery required for event
- Work with external vendors to assist with travel/lodging needs and requirements
- Project manage on site execution, including coordination of various support groups.
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant.
- One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly organized.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Able to collaborate with many client Stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure and be able to pivot quickly when plans may change.
