Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. Participate in development of event marketing plans
Assist with planning sessions and budget preparation; track budget and provide recaps On site coordination of event, including main point of contact, trouble shooting and problem resolution
Coordinate timing and location of product delivery required for event
Work with external vendors to assist with travel/lodging needs and requirements
Project manage on site execution, including coordination of various support groups.
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
This role will work closely within the *** Global Technology space to help plan, coordinate and execute events and meetings.
Will often work with the Executive Assistant of Chief Technology Officer to coordinate global tech meetings/events

Able to work under pressure and be able to pivot quickly when plans may change
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel must have)
Will also collaborate with other Event planners across *** Org when planning events and booking spaces at WHQ
Having worked for *** previously is a nice to have but not required
