Job Title: Staff RN - 4NE GI/Int Med
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53226
Duration: May 12, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks)
Shift: 1st (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), float as needed
Schedule: 5 Days Per Week, 36 Hours Per Week
Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Actively participates in Client's quality improvement processes through proactive team interactions and problem solving.

Maintains department-specific and organization-wide competence through attendance at and timely participation in mandatory and other job-related educational opportunities.

Performs assigned job functions in a fiscally responsible manner and in accordance with organization and department policies and procedures regarding business practices.

Complies with work expectations and all organization policies including adherence to attendance and starting/ending time.

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
-
Required: BSN or nursing diploma.

Licensure & Certifications:
-
Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).

Mandatory BLS certification.

Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Required Skills & Experience:
-
Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
