Job Title: RN – Immunizing | Vaccination
Location: Hastings, MN 55033
Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 4 hours/day (Part-Time, 12 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $49.50/hr. on W2

Position Summary:
As an RN Immunizer, you will help support community health by delivering safe, effective vaccinations as part of our mission: “Helping people on their path to better health.” You’ll play a key role in promoting wellness through patient education, immunization delivery, and compassionate care. PPE is provided. Flexible part-time schedules are available.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Be flexible and adaptable with scheduling needs.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion in every patient interaction.
• Provide high-quality, safe, and accurate vaccine administration.
• Educate patients and caregivers about vaccine benefits and side effects.
• Support and develop pharmacy support staff to ensure team effectiveness.
• Promote a team-based culture that values communication, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Continuously seek improvement in processes and patient outcomes.
• Represent the organization’s purpose with professionalism and commitment.

 
Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience administering immunizations and delivering direct patient care.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in community health, pharmacy-based clinics, or public health settings.
