Job Title: L&D RN
Location: Tulsa, OK 74136
Shift/Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (3x12s, 36 hours/week)
Pay rate: $33.15 $51.39/hour
Incentives: Sign-on/relocation bonus available (amount not specified) for candidates living outside a 71-mile radius with a 2-year commitment

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Monitor and evaluate maternal and fetal health status
• Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately
• Support labor, delivery, and postpartum care including high-risk cases
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with physicians, OB team, and healthcare staff
• Facilitate patient discharge with appropriate referrals and education
• Participate in unit performance improvement and educational activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Valid Oklahoma RN License or compact license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong understanding of disease management, clinical pathways, and patient care
• Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle high-risk deliveries and fast-paced environment

Preferences

• Experience in high-volume L&D units
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
• Experience in hospitals handling high-risk pregnancies and complex cases
