Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery RN (Night Shift)
Location: Rockport ME
Shift: Nights (36 hours/week)
Position Summary:
Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Birth Center team. This night shift role is ideal for a candidate with at least two years of experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and Level I newborn nursery.

Float Requirements: May float to other units when census is low; will not carry a patient assignment assistance only
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of OB/L&D experience

Experience in:

Labor & Delivery
-
Mother-baby/Postpartum care
-
Obstetric surgical patients
-
Level I newborn nursery
-

Certifications:
-
BLS (Basic Life Support)
-
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
-
EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
-
-
Completion of Relias education modules
Preferred Experience:
-
2+ years in Labor & Delivery or OB specialty
Unit Overview:

Number of Beds: 11

Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:3 depending on acuity

EMR System: EPIC

Fetal Monitoring: Intellispace Perinatal
