Job Title: Clinical Nurse – NICU Unit
Location: New York, NY
Contract Type: 13 weeks
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 days/week (11.5 hours/day) Hours Per Week: 34.5
Weekend Work: Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
Census/Unit Size: Average 18 patients, 21-bed unit
Pay Rate: $70/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse in the NICU provides high-quality, safety, and compassionate care to neonates and their families using a relationship-centered care model. Responsibilities span clinical care, patient experience, quality/safety, operations, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Non-negotiable
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN), New York State (Active & in good standing)
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP – AHA)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years NICU RN experience (Required)
- Minimum 1 year travel nursing experience (Preferred for travel roles)
- EPIC charting experience (Highly preferred)
