Job Title: Nurse Supervisor (Director of Nursing)
Location – Brooklyn, NY 11206
Job Duration: 3 + months: High possibility of extension

Pay Range: Up to $4000 weekly (Up to $110/hr on w2)
Travel & Local Rates available

Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
 
Required Skills & Experience:

• Seven (7) years of experience is required, five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
• Director of nursing exp required, no specific department for now. – 4+ years of DON exp in a large acute facility required.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nursing Program

• Master’s degree in nursing

• RN License
• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• BLS

• Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
