Shift: Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
Location: 1500 SW 1st Avenue, 5th Floor, Ocala, FL 34474
Duration: 13 Weeks (5/26/2025 - 7/27/2025)
Experience Required: 1 year
Position Overview:
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in line with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role involves demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe care delivery, while maintaining clinical competencies and directing assigned staff in patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in accordance with the Nursing Process and hospital policies.

Use critical thinking and scientific judgment for care planning and delivery.

Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.

Delegate care priorities based on team education and experience.

Supervise and direct staff in the delivery of patient care.

Manage patient ratios of 1:6.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in LTAC/Telemetry.

Must have ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association).

Vent/trach experience required.
-
Valid Florida or multi-state compact RN license.
